The hotel is not well maintained, and the building needs a spruce-up. In the room, there was only one power socket which was very inconvenient. The staff wasn't very helpful during our check-out, which led to some confusion. the location was great for skiing and the view was stunning. However, the hotel needs some serious attention and the rooms should have more power sockets. The staff also needs to be more accommodating during the check-out process, especially during busy periods like Easter.
